Both pickup and drop-off were quite convenient. There's no extra fee for one-way car rentals in Thailand, which was great! I picked up the car in Phuket and returned it in Bangkok.

A bit of a wait due to an issue with the customer before me. But once they got to me, it was a smooth and straight forward process! The car itself was in fairly good condition, although it had a bit of a weird musk in the car and the air conditioning could be better. But the car was definitely spacious enough for four people and could fit 4 medium cases in the car. Definitely value for money!
