I am very satisfied with the overall service. The customer service arrived within five minutes of contacting the information counter. The parking lot is right across from Gate 3 of Phuket Domestic Terminal, very close, and staffed at all times. After returning the car, the staff even took us to the International Terminal. The extra cost for a delayed return is transparent.

Request for extension before the original return day by phone call. Extension amount was agreed by both party. However, extra cost was charged when returning the car due to staff weakness of understanding English. Very disappointed to the staff at the front desk.

Waited so long. Didn't get the same car size as Altis. Had to argue with staff. Didn't get to collect the car at airport had to go out to another location 5 minutes away from airport to collect Altis. Was previously given a Nissan Juke before a huge arguement with the staff.

Drop off area, no staff. I called ahead to appointment the time to return. The staff told that I have to call 10 minutes before arriving. Absolutely, I could not call 10 minutes before arriving because I was driving and not supposed to make a call while I was driving. I got to the airport, so I had to find the ASAP staff. It took almost 30 minutes.
