“Reservation process not easy. Your deposit is excessive. First car interior filthy.”

First car interior filthy. Had to make new reservation to change pick up time. Agent insisted I needed Sunpass, which I did not $50 charge for nothing. Your deposit is excessive which most can not afford, I rent with many companies, none charge $500 deposit.
