우리나라와 차선이 반대인 것은 본인이 주의 해서 운행하면 되지만 좌/우회전 신호체계는 좀더 설명해 주시면 여행에 많은 도움이 되겠습니다.

The staff was very helpful on both sides. No issues with the process. Nice hybrid car. It made for an easy trip.

Easy to book and find everything. I was prepared with the documents needed for an international rental. I thought the price was a little high, but it was on par or lower than other places.

There was no queue at 9:30 in the morning. I was the first one.

The staff had a good attitude, and there was no need to queue for both pick-up and drop-off. However, some improvements are needed: First, they didn't speak any English, not even basic phrases; second, they were not very familiar with the procedures, and mistakenly treated a prepaid order as a pay-on-spot order, but luckily I had a printed copy of my reservation to avoid being charged twice; third, there was no receipt after returning the car, and I confirmed multiple times that there was indeed no receipt to be given.

새차라서 깨끗하고 연비도 좋은차였고 예상보다 실내공간이 넓어서 좋았어요. 한국어 네비도 사용하기 편했고 모든 게 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에도 같은 조건으로 렌트할 수 있었으면 좋겠습니다.
