Disappointed with the equivalent car provided.

It was a great choice to rent a car in Fiji as it gave us total freedom to get around. Taxis are plentiful but also become expensive when traveling between villages and tourist destinations. The Nadi Europcar team was awesome and the whole experience was hassle-free.

This is a good app and I know that I will be using it for my future rental car bookings.

No shuttle or Euro Staff at the airport to pick us up from the airport to the rental location. Did not Fiji local sim so it took a while to get that sorted. Once, I got there, the car was not ready for pick up. They said 7 mins but it took 30-60 mins to get the car.

Both front passenger and driver seatbelts not functioning, not retract. Very unsafe.

We rented Medium SUV "Jeep Compass" 4 Doors or similar, the car is very old, the left and right rear mirror controller is bad, can not be controlled, the car is not clean, the car has many damage, the brakes are also Unsafe, less than 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel, the vehicle is very dangerous, immediately return to the airport to change the car, the car rental company is very unsafe for vehicle maintenance, very poor,,when I return the car at 05:30am，the counter is no staff on duty!!

Price good,,Everything was good

Customer service was poor at pick up. Will not book though Eurocar again.
