Great customer service

Very satisfied. The car rental staff were quite patient, and we communicated using translation software without them showing any impatience. When returning the car, there was a small stone chip on the windshield, but we couldn’t confirm if it was caused by us. After discussing with the rental company, no charges were applied. The whole communication process was pleasant. Kudos to the car rental company!

The car pickup and exchange process was very efficient. When returning the car, a male staff member even made each of us a delicious hot dog on the spot. Great craftsmanship!

Did not receive the car I reserved, got an older model with high mileage.

Car was great, perfect condition for driving on Iceland roads. Pickup and dropoff were hassle free and the shuttle service came in handy.
