The late opening of the office ment I was unable to catch a booked flight (also a second customer with same problem. Needs a drop off point at airport if there is a late opening. Will not rent Apex again because of this. Why as they are owned by Avis can’t they use their facilities for early dropoffs

There is a shuttle bus at the pick-up point with the Apex logo, easy to identify.

The brakes on the car were extremely poor condition. The car shuddered as travelled down hills. Very dangerous.

Hobart airport drop off was difficult and not sign posted, however customer service representative willingly came to collect the car and I was grateful for her help.

Like: Service by attendants was top notch, car functioned well and managed Tasmania's gravel roads well. Everything went smoothly, got a quick car wash at the end because car sides were covered in mud, but no extra charges!
Dislike: Car return area was confusing: entrance said no entry. Otherwise great experience.
