After the flight landed and I picked up my luggage, I called the company and waited for a short while before the shuttle arrived. Everything was very smooth. However, it's important to do some homework in advance about the shuttle pickup location, as it might be a bit challenging to find if your English isn't great.

Arrived at the store a little after 6 a.m. There were plenty of staff, and the service throughout was excellent. There was no upselling, but we did purchase additional full insurance.

Car was new and clean

The service was quite good. The first time the CarPlay didn't work, I drove back, and the maintenance staff checked it and provided a data cable for me to use. The vehicle is very new, a 2023 model with only 7000 km.

We ended up not using the are very much but it was very useful to have it when we needed it. Bayswater was extremely well organized and efficient.

I did not need to use the price drop protector but did think that the rate I was given was very fair and economical
