Extremely satisfied

Overall, we were quite satisfied with the process from car pick-up to usage, with minimal contact with the rental company. During the rental period, a few issues arose. Although the QEEQ platform contacted us promptly and tried to resolve them, many problems were still directly resolved by us with the rental company. The QEEQ app didn't contribute significantly to problem resolution. Additionally, the vehicle information displayed on the app was not comprehensive. Details like the size and other aspects of the vehicle, although it indicated it could seat 7 people, lacked a detailed description of the overall size, interior space, and vehicle power.

They gave us a very old car when we picked it up, pushed us to buy a toll card that they didn’t take back when we returned the car. Added extra charges during return and we couldn't find anyone for a long time.

They didn't inform us in advance that eating durian is not allowed. Charged 100 for car wash when returning the car.

Firstly, on the day of car pickup, I contacted the company in the afternoon to ask if I could get the car earlier (I was at the airport then). The company said to follow the agreed time, OK. But around 5 PM, the company contacted me asking if I could pick up the car earlier because their late shift staff hadn't come. However, the rental fee already included service charges for beyond business hours. Secondly, during the usage, the car had issues. When I contacted the store staff, they asked me to contact the repair personnel myself, and when I told them I couldn’t communicate in English (the store was Chinese-speaking), they replied: 'Contact them yourself; there’s nothing we can do.' I finally had to ask a local friend for help. There was no service throughout the whole rental process.
