I did use the rental. I paid and waited for the shuttle at midnight in MCO for more than an hour. I saw other rental companies making 3 trips during that window. Gave up and took rental car from the airport. Worst service!!!

Very disappointed, infact a, ripoff, the car hire from the 1st to the 7th cost us £500.00, which was not expected at all. Basically once your stuck there what else do you do but pay!! The car itself stank of cigarettes. We were given a GPS satnav, useless, even the staff didn't know how to programme it after spending 20 mins trying to set our destination! Basically just a company ripping people off when they know they have you by the short and curlies!!! Would never book online again.

Had to ask other companies where the Easirent Shiuttle stops. Shuttle took 40 min to arrive. I had to call. High pressure upsell at the counter for $90 toll pass and more insurance. Returned the car at 4am. Had to leave keys under floor mat in car unlocked since no drop box. No shuttle to airport at that hour even though there were at least 2 other families doing the same thing. Taxi companies had a hard time locating the office as it is a new business? And the website and emailed contract show different addresses. Benrus st and Collingswood st? Which Is it? The first taxi I ordered from Orlando Taxi was a no-show. A little stressful when catching a flight.
