Read the fine print

This is an off site vendor. Two Venezuelan young men operate the whole business. They are open 8 am to 8 pm. You have to go to Terminal 1 to the bus stop position 7 and call and wait for their van. If you do this there are no problems. Be SURE you have bought insurance and have that policy (or yours) as evidence. Amazing prices and friendly service.

The customer service suck, they changed for everything. I didn’t get my vehicle from them and just left. Will never go with them again.

Pour service on Pick Up plus they m'y insurance so it cust me more for renting a small car next time we will go whit a différente company

Renting on line was easy but right car have pour service for the extra Price they charge us

They were giving me a car with bad tires, cuts in 3 of them , unsafe, low profile tires and rims...the rims were all scratched up due to the low profile tires. Should not be renting cars with low profile tires. Manager said he could not give me a different class of car , even though i would have taken smaller. Had to wait over an hour for a Hyundai Sonata lucky that it came back. This was the only car on the lot like this...all others were fine. be very careful on the 300,000 liability of your own insurance you must have to avoid high charges.

Like: The shuttle came quickly and was a short trip to the pickup. I was up sold on the insurance although I had already purchased the full package, but they reduced my deposit from $2K to $500 for the economy car. Toll costs were explained well. Return was super easy and I was happy to see NO incidentals on my CC and deposit refunded in full when I got home!
Dislike: I thought the insurance up sell was confusing bc I had already purchased a full package.
