I took a taxi to get there, and there were a lot of people in line. There were many service counters, but I waited for an hour to get the car. The service attitude was good. The first car had an issue with the tire, and it was replaced immediately after I pointed it out.

The underage boy who was checking the car wasn't taking pictures at the time or rental, only scrapping some marks on printed paper which then was presented as a proof, although both sides were marked I was said that one of the scratches was new.
