The store couldn't find my reservation, which wasted an hour of my time and seriously affected my travel plans and mood. The vehicle model was completely different from what I booked—it was a lower-tier model with a different price. They responded claiming it was the same tier, which is absolutely nonsense.

Good experience except they wanted twice as much deposit as was shown in my qeeq booking, when I showed them they said I had to pay the larger deposit or I couldn’t have the car.
