Everything went very smoothly and quickly, and the service was great. We had some issues withdrawing money from the ATM and needed a Thai translator. The Yesaway staff called the bank for us, which was very helpful.

Honestly, it doesn't feel as convenient as the previous off-airport location. The current store is too small. Returning the car is also less convenient. It used to be easy to find the store, but now with returns at the airport, not being familiar with the area, I circled around several times before finding the drop-off point.

It was pretty easy process, I had to produce my passport n driving license, they make a contract copy n I had to sign it n then go to pick up area n inspect the vehicle n start n driving. No hassles at all. I had prepaid the rental n complete insurance coverage, nothing extra I had to pay. Only 10k security deposit I had to make. Yesaway staff were very friendly n helpful. Only difficult part was communication since their English accent is very difficult for us to understand.

It was very economical n easy way of hiring rental car, all the info was sufficient enough for me to decide n hire a car without much ambiguity. I recommend easycarrentals for everyone.

Overall services are good. The car battery out after we left the car without using for a day. We only found out when we planned to go out, we've waited almost an hour to get this solve due to raining day. Anyway, we are satisfied with the services provided by Yesaway. Keep the good job. Thanks.
