The car rental company provided excellent service and gave us a brand new car without pushing additional products.

The day before, I went to the car rental office to change the pickup time. The female manager I met was very helpful and assisted me in modifying the pickup time. However, the next day when I went to pick up the car, the male clerk proceeded to add full insurance (14 AUD/day, cheaper than QEEQ) without my consent. I repeatedly said I didn't need it, but he insisted on selling it. This was my first time encountering such a situation in Australia after renting cars multiple times. He then gave me a car with some chips on the front windshield. When I pointed them out, he refused to note them down on the pickup form, claiming they were minor issues. Given that he had just added the full insurance without my permission, I no longer trusted him. Fearing I might be charged during the return, I insisted on speaking to the manager on duty and got a brand-new car instead. Throughout the rental process, apart from that male clerk (whose staff name seems to start with 'A', but I couldn’t see clearly), everyone else was great. The car was new and fully equipped. Overall, this is a good car rental company.

No birds is how all car rentals should be. Easy processes, collection and drop-off. Great staff, easy to find and good selection of cars

QEEQ very good app and easy to use. Able to make good savings upon bookings and price monitoring. Service is also very good if any issues that need support with.

We ended up not using the are very much but it was very useful to have it when we needed it. Bayswater was extremely well organized and efficient.

I did not need to use the price drop protector but did think that the rate I was given was very fair and economical
