The snow tires I noted in the reservation were arranged, and the car provided was a 1.2T Opel with just over 10,000 kilometers on the odometer. The power was average but sufficient. The trunk fit two 26-inch suitcases and one 24-inch suitcase comfortably. Overall, it was a good experience. During pick-up, they processed the pre-authorization of over 500 euros for insurance charges without much explanation, but upon returning the car, only the insurance fee was finalized while the rest was refunded. However, the charges were processed in the local currency instead of euros. All in all, it went smoothly and was a good experience.
