Overall review: Simply amazing! Convenient, hassle-free, safe, and reassuring! Before going abroad, I read various posts about 'things to avoid' and 'common pitfalls,' which made me quite nervous, worrying about potential problems—after all, losses of several thousand euros are not a small deal. To my surprise, everything went smoothly. The staff handling pick-up and drop-off were excellent, and the process was quick. I returned the car locally on the evening of July 31, and the pre-authorization deposit was refunded by 1 AM domestic time. The refund was so prompt that I only noticed it days later when checking my account. Honestly, before the deposit was refunded, I was still concerned about the 'issues car rental companies might bring up' mentioned by others, but when the full deposit was returned, I finally breathed a sigh of relief. With that, my European trip concluded perfectly!

The rental location is next to the Belgrade Arena. The storefront is small and a bit hard to find, but the car handover process was smooth. They gave me a Skoda Fabia with just over 16,000 kilometers, which was still quite new and an automatic model! I also paid €60 for cross-border use to Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, along with €39 for Albania. The cross-border experience was seamless, and the car was easy to drive! Since I purchased full insurance abroad, the staff didn’t push any additional insurance. In the end, the trip was safe, and I returned the car without issues.

The service was excellent. The staff was already waiting at the airport when I got off the plane. Returning the car was simple; I dropped it off at the store, completed the procedures quickly, and they promptly drove me to the airport.

There was a scratch, but the single-vehicle accident was handled quite easily.

After we arrived at the airport, we reached the car rental location without any obstacles and picked up the car smoothly. The staff were very friendly and did not try to upsell any additional insurance.

I booked a BMW X3, but as expected, it wasn't available, so they gave me a 520d instead. Overall review: 1. The car wasn't even washed when I picked it up. I mentioned taking photos to record the car's condition, but the car was so dirty that nothing could really be captured. The steering wheel was extremely sticky, and I had to use several wet wipes to barely make it acceptable—really disgusting. 2. The car reeked of smoke. Was the previous renter having a smoking party in there? Even after driving 1500 kilometers, the smell was still very strong. 3. They didn’t remind me to take photos when I picked up the car, and they didn’t take any themselves either. When I returned the car, they showed me photos of a damaged wheel rim as evidence. Luckily, I had taken my own photos as proof, otherwise, it would have been hard to explain.

When picking up the car at Zagreb Airport, we had to wait for over an hour as the previous car hadn't been returned yet. The process was fairly smooth overall. Since we didn’t buy insurance directly from the rental company, the deposit was relatively high at €3,000. The car was in decent condition, and the space was suitable for the four of us. Finally, we successfully returned the car in Belgrade.

Overall pretty good. Both pickup and drop-off were smooth. The staff at the rental company seemed quite experienced. If you're traveling to Albania, be aware that some border points require checking the Green Card insurance while others don't. The rental company does not prepare the Albania Green Card in advance, so if you encounter a border point that strictly enforces it, you might be out of luck. The cars from this rental company are not very new, so make sure to carefully inspect the vehicle's condition, taking photos of all dents and scratches to avoid disputes during return.
