Super happy with the whole experience – really simple and fast, plus pickup and drop-off are at the same spot.

The car I received was very old, covered in scratches and with a total mileage of 139,000 kilometers. I asked the rental company to change the car, but they refused. I reluctantly drove it on the road; fortunately, during the 4 days of rental, the car didn't break down, although the power was somewhat insufficient. The air conditioning worked well though. Overall, the service was mediocre. I suggest not using cars with a mileage of 140,000 kilometers for rental services anymore.

Convenient and quick

Overall, very good. Despite arriving at the airport late at night, there were staff on duty. At the car pick-up point, the staff had already turned on the air conditioning. All small scratches were marked. The pick-up process was very smooth and quick, and the return process was also very fast.

Only one person on the desk and they were fully occupied with another customer for 20 minutes before serving me so not a great start plus whilst the car was new it wasn't to my liking really especially as it was classified as a large SUV but compared to the other large SUV's i've booked it was sub-standard in my opinion
