Poor experience. They insisted on using UnionPay but charged my Visa instead. They refused to cancel and redo the transaction. Very disappointing service!

The previous customer from mainland China had multiple credit cards that didn't work, which delayed us for 5 minutes.

I have asked for late return, the staff in Suwannaphum airport did not provide me this service.

They have provide for the accessories for charging your phone and there is umbrella provided in the car as well. However the car condition is bad. The rim on the left side of the tyre is lost and the wind screen sun protector is tore. There were a lot of scratches on the car. But the air con is cold enough for the hot weather
