The vehicle was not in good condition, it had been in a collision before and had some damage. The mileage was also quite high. During the rental period, the car key suddenly stopped working, and after a lot of troubleshooting, it was discovered that the key battery was dead. Upon contacting the rental company Hertz, customers were asked to purchase and replace the battery themselves, which doesn't seem very reasonable. Overall, not very satisfied.

Very satisfied! The car provided was a new model Yaris with plenty of space and only 16,000 kilometers driven. The car was very clean inside. Highly recommended! Renting a car in Chiang Mai is so convenient, perfect for exploring the suburbs. Great experience. The deposit was released within two days—very fast!
