The car provided was replaced with a Volkswagen T-Cross Life 1.0, and the rental service was quite good.

Located at Belgrade Airport, just across the parking lot from the departure hall; all car rental companies are gathered there. Pickup and drop-off are at the same location.

They said it's in the airport, but it's actually outside the airport. There are no signs, so it was very hard to find, located in an inconspicuous corner. The staff's attitude was indifferent. When returning the car, they made me wait and I almost missed my flight. The car was in average condition, the engine protection shield came off while driving due to loose screws, and the car had many scratches. Luckily, I took videos and pictures; otherwise, there would've been disputes when returning the car. They didn't care when I picked up the car but checked it meticulously when I returned it. The overall experience was not very good.
