New regulations in Phuket: White paper translations are not recognized. Due to the high number of tourist accidents, there are random checks on foreigners. If you only have a white paper translation and a domestic driver's license, but no international driver's license, you may be fined 3,000–5,000 baht. We only learned about this after arriving at Phuket Airport.

The process for picking up and exchanging the car was quick. The rental company was very thorough in noting scratches on the car, and it's recommended to record a video for documentation. Additionally, the car provided was very clean, but its mileage had already exceeded 100,000 kilometers, and the handbrake was not functional.

Reservation desk staff were very nice and polite. Car was very comfortable and clean. Paid for a child's safety seat but only a baby safety seat available ( received a refund). Drop off very easy.

Qeeq site was easy to use and had a lot of helpful information.

1. From the easyrentcars my request about 2 child seat was confirmed, but in the place no. It's good because we saved money for it, but it's not normal. 2. The deposit was taken doesn't matter that we paid full insurance

The same cost for full insurance as in rental? Why not cheaper?
