Queued for ages. £280 booking became £660 after add ons. Tolls - advised penalties. Never actually went on toll road. Collision damage waiver - bought through EZ rent - Fox advised that it was not at minimum legal level so added their own.

I arrived on July 9 at 12:30 p.m. I then spent 2 hours and 20 minutes waiting in line for a car that I reserved at the Fox Rent A Car location. The Fox facility was dirty. I will not rent from Fox Rent A Car every again.

“High mileage rental vehicle with failing brakes exchanged for similar type”

Initial wait at pick up of 40 minutes. Twenty more to pick up vehicle. Intermediate was a KIA Soul with over 60,000 miles, which soon produced brake noise. This deteriorated into serious brake issues. Roadside Assistance was the best part. George was truly helpful and followed up. Return of the vehicle required a trip of a 100 miles with worrisome brakes. Exchange was to same vehicle type with same amount of mileage and numerous dings. At return, the line at the pickup counter was even longer than when we first rented. This location needs more help on weekends.
