First they give u a price that change. Service are really bad

This is an off site vendor. Two Venezuelan young men operate the whole business. They are open 8 am to 8 pm. You have to go to Terminal 1 to the bus stop position 7 and call and wait for their van. If you do this there are no problems. Be SURE you have bought insurance and have that policy (or yours) as evidence. Amazing prices and friendly service.

The service guy Oswaldo was rude impoliteband unprofessional.mHentold me and my family to bet out of the premisces and that he would not rent us a car... the reason: i refused his proposal for additionnal upinsurance cover. I had proof of sufficient coverage by my insurance company from Canada for the amount of $2 million and still it was not enough. It was written on my resrvation : bring proof of insurance... which i did. Never ever again. This is a hoax and a extremely unreliable company... as they kept my money, without giving me any service, i should call this an act of robbery...

Felt like I was cheated with the insurance. Didn't see anywhere where I had to drive my insurance. First time in 25 years I had to and then told my coverage was not enough. Will not ever use you again.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
