Great car, my first ev hybrid so I liked it, one of the staff was a little abrupt but over all good

Happy with all booking process

Everything was quick and easy. No problrms on pick up or drop off.

With the car rental being over the Xmas and New Year period, and me being over 70 yrs old, the price was a little more than usual but still reasonable.

Every time we started the vehicle it came up with an alert, service required immediately.

Option for cheaper older cars

Like: Transaction was painless and efficient and good value for money for a small car.
Dislike: Help lift heavy suitcases into the van when leaving as I believe this is a service downfall. Other than that, my first experience with Apex was a positive one and look forward to doing business again.
