Excellent service! The car is very new, and the store is newly opened by a local car rental company. Much more affordable compared to nationwide chains! All the cars here are less than two years old. When picking up the car, there was a Highlander that had just arrived the day before—fantastic! No hidden fees, the staff will remind and suggest options for you, but you can decide for yourself. Very normal, no forced purchases or major pitfalls. The overall quality of service there is pretty high. Just make sure to ask questions thoroughly.

Picking up and returning the car were very smooth. The car was relatively new, and all the scratches were properly noted. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the airport, but there is a shuttle service, so it's still quite convenient.

Excellent service, smooth communication. Originally needed to return the car by 11, but couldn't make it on time. After talking to customer service, they extended it for free until 3 PM. Very impressive.

Trusted car rental company. Was not overly pushy with conprehensive insurance as i already bought from QEED. Car was very new with good performance. Will go nack again if in Atgens. Thanks.
