Convenient booking but low quality vehicles.

The staff were very enthusiastic. I rented a 7-seater but they gave me a 12-seater van, allowing me to experience driving a larger vehicle. They helped me exchange it back to a 7-seater in the evening at the hotel. The car was in great condition. I parked improperly at Eagle Square and got a fine of only 100. The hotel staff told me locals usually get fined 300.

My flight was on time and the Samavest representative was waiting for me at arrivals. He then walked me to the car, I checked out over, signed the rental agreement and handed over 200 MR cash deposit.

It was very easy and convenient booking with Easyrentcars.com. However, I have never used any other online rental app, so can't compare with others.

Myvi was not available and our car was upgraded to Toyota Avanza instead. Will definitely choose Samavest again

Like: Car was neat and clean. The associate was helpful. They delivered what they promised.
Dislike: At the airport they had a different name on the playcard then what I had on my printout so took a bit of a wait.

Dislike: I reserved a relatively new Persona but was given an old Honda City instead.
