Very satisfied, the staff was a very lovely Thai sister, and her way of speaking was quite funny~

I arrived ahead of the scheduled pickup time but was informed that the car had not yet arrived. After the scheduled pickup time, I still had to wait more than half an hour to get the car because the previous user didn’t fill up the gas tank and had to refuel, which caused the delay. Eventually, they extended the return time by half an hour.

Very good, will be my first choice for future international travel

Very convenient, great service. The process of picking up and returning the car was very fast. I will come again next time.

Car was excellent...and there was no hassle while picking up of car and dropping off. however the security deposit of 10000THB has not yet been refunded by yesaway. They said within 30 days of drop off money will be refunded and we did the same on 9th october. Its 11th November now and there is no sign of refund.
