Very satisfied.

The fuel filter light came on, but the rental company resolved the issue promptly. The service was better than Budget in Europe.

I always use this service; it's economical.

The pick-up address was incorrect, and the location found on Google Maps was not accurate. It was very difficult to get through on the phone, and when I finally did, the receptionist's English was not very good and was not clear. The process was quite slow, taking almost an hour to get the car. They also didn't mention that you need to call before returning the car. Overall, it was still a great value.

The service was enthusiastic and attentive. I will consider renting cars more often in the future.
