Very easy to book and great deal compared to other companies. Reliable and trustworthy

Car was everything it was supposed to be, no problem. And it was very well priced. No trouble finding the shuttle to the rental location. A bit of a crowd at the pick-up desk meant queuing for a while. But I was the only customer in the place for a quick easy return. But beware additional charges- needed to extend a 4 day booking by 3 hrs, which cost more than a prebooked day !

The customer service staff were very friendly and explained everything in detail. However, East Coast Rentals is not a big company and doesn't allow direct pickups at the airport, requiring a shuttle, which is a bit inconvenient.

The condition of the CRV was excellent. I am very satisfied. The rental location is about a 5-minute drive from the airport. They waited for me even though my flight was delayed.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and there was a dedicated vehicle to take us to the pickup location

Pickup service and process was seamless. Drop off was also seamless, however the counter staff that accepted my return, forgot to tell the shuttle driver I was waiting at their depot to be taken to OOL airport. As he was unaware I was at the depot, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for his return, before getting picked up. The counter person almost wanted to blame me, for taking a seat, which she suggested, while I waited for the driver the first time he went by the depot. Otherwise everything was easy and seamless.
