The car exceeded my expectations. It was in excellent condition, performed well, and had all the features I was hoping for. The counter staff was very helpful. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience pleasant. The only improvement I can suggest is it would be great if the staff could provide a brief walkthrough of the car's key features. This would ensure that customers can fully utilize all the functionalities of the vehicle.

The booking platform was user-friendly and efficient. It was easy to navigate, the process was straightforward, and I was able to complete my reservation quickly. The interface was intuitive, and I appreciated the detailed information provided about each car option.

be aware that they don't provide you the car you ordered, when I was there to pick up the car, I realize that they only have the cheapest car of each category. I ordered Suzuki swift, they didn't email me before hand or tell me when Im arrive at the front desk but give you a paper to collect it straight away at the garage. when you ask them why it is not the car you picked, they didn't even bother to apologize but just tell you one word "similar".
