Ok, but vehicle condition and deposit return concerns

Very satisfied, any minor issues were promptly and efficiently resolved.

Because of comparisons with other rental companies previously: fast service, new vehicles, high tire quality; however, the waiting time for car return was long, and the vehicle condition was average.

Rented a car for 5 days and exchanged four vehicles. Very good experience.

The car condition from this company is impeccable. Even though the car had over 60,000 kilometers on it, all minor scratches on the body were clearly marked when picking it up. The model we got was the top configuration, with leather seats, electric seats, a large color screen, GPS, and paddle shifters on the steering wheel. Nothing was missing. Excellent!

Everything went smoothly. Car had quite a few marks over it. Car had rubbish left in it from previous renter.
