The staff were very nice. This is one of the few rental companies that accept 'UnionPay', which makes it an easy choice for the future. I would recommend it to others as well.

There was a delay of around 30 minutes for the vehicle. It had some marks on it which were duly noted by staff. Due to the delay, Apex Car Rentals, offered and provided us an extra 1.5 hours return time and refunded 20% of the rental cost. The staff member looking after us was excellent.

Didn't use

After the long flight the staff made me feel welcomed and as some one who is very shy i felt at ease with them. Tea and coffee offered on arrival. Pick up was prompt and within 20 mins of my phone call. Car was clean and staff were in no rush showing me around the car answering any questions i had.

Quick and easy what else can you ask for

Like: Pick-up was efficient and friendly. The airport shuttle service was very convenient and our driver, Leonardo, was friendly and full of useful recommendations for our time in Sydney and the Blue Mountains. He also got us to the airport in plenty of time for departure. We rang ahead to say we our flight was soon when it came to drop-off and they were ready and waiting in the car park for us and had everything was ready to check and hand back. We will definitely be using Apex again due to the excellent and friendly customer service.
Dislike: Nothing - we were happy with every aspect of our rental experience.
