We arrived in Bangkok late at night, and the rental company staff had already left. After calling, we met at the airport exit and went to the nearby office to complete the rental procedures. They carefully checked all documents and recorded the car's condition, which was very reassuring. What touched us the most was that they offered to drive us to our hotel when they learned we couldn't navigate due to poor GPS signal. The hotel was nearby and the staff knew the way well, so we reached quickly even though it was 2 AM. Many thanks to all the staff at Thai Rent A Car.
