Okay for the price

Awesome service, super fast pickup, and the car was in great shape—drove really smoothly the whole time.

Staff were fantastic. Helpful and friendly. Courtesy bus from and to airport was greatly appreciated. Would have absolutely no trouble booking with Apex again. Seamless experience.

Simple and easy to book with

Lack of communication during pick up. The wait was long and we were not given details of the driver or pickup vehicle. The driver wasn’t informed of who he is picking up as well. There was so much confusion as we kept wondering if we’re boarding the right vehicle. Car was not clean as well, could have been better with a quick wipe down.

Like: Pick-up was efficient and friendly. The airport shuttle service was very convenient and our driver, Leonardo, was friendly and full of useful recommendations for our time in Sydney and the Blue Mountains. He also got us to the airport in plenty of time for departure. We rang ahead to say we our flight was soon when it came to drop-off and they were ready and waiting in the car park for us and had everything was ready to check and hand back. We will definitely be using Apex again due to the excellent and friendly customer service.
Dislike: Nothing - we were happy with every aspect of our rental experience.
