I reserved the vehicle for pickup at12pm and dropoff at 12pm. My flight arrived at 7pm. The representative didn't want to change the rental time. He was nickel and dimeing on the car insurance. I already had insurance on my own vehicle, so I wanted to transfer the coverage to the rental, but he didn't want to, this way he could make more money on the agreed upon price. The vehicle wasn't the agreed upon vehicle. I wanted to end the weekly rental early, but I was told there's no refund. Guess I won't be using RIGHT CARS anymore. Definitely not customer friendly.......

It is a scam! They tell you $11 a day for car. If you want their car you must purchase their insurance, and toll pass from them. By the time you are done, you are paying over $180 a day for a Ford Fiesta. The guys at the counter was very nice! We refused to rent a car from them, so they took us back to the airport.

I was at the Right Car counter, and I signed the contract. And soon after the representative took it back and tore it saying he was cancelling the reservation. I was asked to show my insurance which I did and he claimed the liability was not enough. I have attached a copy of my insurance and as you can see it has 100/300/100 limit, so I was trying to find out where is my insurance lacking the coverage and asking for an explanation. At no point did I ever refuse their insurance. And in fact even agreed to purchase it. The representative just decided to cancel the reservation with no value reason and ask me to leave. I had prepaid the entire amount of reservation and was told I would get no refund. I see no fault of mine in this and the least I deserve is my money back. Not to mention this caused me a lot of inconvenience, wasted my time, and I had to end up looking for another car rental which costs me a lot money. I had never ever experienced such terrible car rental experience in my life before.

Car was not clean, was loud as if a muffler or tire issue. Address on confirmation email was not exact and office was difficult to find.

Price was good.

Do not rent from this company they want 300,000 dollars worth of car insurance for crappy 12,000 cars.
