No idea if what the agent said was true or not. Had no choice but to purchase add ons.

Waited 45 min for shuttle that never showed up. Spent $30 on Uber to get to car rental location, with no compensation or apologies from staff. Specifically rented a truck and it was not available once we arrived at rental location. We were offered an SUV or minivan, with no compensation on the price even though we spent extra to specifically rent the truck for the week.

Had to call 2 times and wait for ~1 hour for pickup. Drop off back to the airport was another 3 min wait. Not acceptable.

counter rep. was very pleasant and helpful. made the experience smooth.

will use it again.

I booked a car from February 12 till February 13 and they charged me 500 deposit, I thought it would be on hold and won’t affect my credit card but unlike others they did charge me 500$ and it reflected in my account affecting my credit score and those fees for interest (though I had 0 balance on my credit card before). Why do they actually charge deposit instead keeping it on hold?!!!
