Good overall and car was great.

Everything was as promised. Fast. Price great. Shuttle to/from airport on time.

I was never picked up from the airport, charged for a rental that I never received. Each time I called the Orlando office, I was placed on hold and then eventually hung up on, then when calling back, no one would answer the phone. I had to call from a different number to get someone on the line to only be told that they canceled my reservation and I would not be given a refund. This was as of 7/11/2019. Today is 7/17/19 and I have yet to receive a response as to how and when I will be refunded. I contacted the person who referred me to them and advised them to cancel as well.

Did not have the vehicle that was confirmed on my order which I needed and the reasons I specifically requested a certain vehicle type. The vehicle I was ultimately forced to take was filthy and head damage and 3 of 4 sides. I learned later that the vehicle I was confirmed has never been a part of this location's inventory.

Took too long to pick up from airport. Spend an hour with an agent who tried to make it difficult to rent with out additional insurance. Said that I have to get SunPass or I will be ticketed.

Pick up gave misinformation Told us we needed to take turnpike to Vero Beach and needed sunpass. ——- not true. Will dispute charge.
