Good overall and car was great.

Car was in good shape. The people at the counter for checkout were quite unhelpful and rude.

QEEQ did well as always.

Overall it was excellent. The only issue was that the rear tail light was broken ....not the light, the glass covering had been in an accident.

Car not available at arrival. Car not cleaned properly.

Most cars have too many scratches and dents. I was attending a wedding and was embarrassed to offer anyone a ride. First Altima was in bad shape. They offered a Sentra which was better but had little gas in it. The ladies before me drove off in a car that had a smashed bumper. Be honest in advertising. Say save money with scratch and dented cars.

Price was good.

Even thou our pick up at the airport was late, the driver was courteous and helpful. The girl at the counter when we came to the office was very helpful too. She told us it is mandatory to get insurance but we showed her that we already got insurance when we booked the car. Overall, the experience in picking up our car was very good.

Easy to book and relatively cheaper. I will use it again.
