Great car hire, clean affordable and organised.

Everything was fine except the final bill was unclear and no one explained it.

Charged me a few hundred yuan extra and haven't refunded it yet.

There were quite a few people in line. After check-in, they said the car was being cleaned, so the wait was a bit long. But we used that time to grab some coffee, get a SIM card, and withdraw some cash, so it was okay. The counter was very large and looked professional. The parking lot was right next to the counter, and it was indoors, which was very convenient!

It's a global chain, no complaints, very reliable.
