Dedicated airport transfer, the car is quite new

It's just on the first floor of the airport. Although it was my first time at Osaka Kansai Airport and I don't speak Japanese well with limited English, it was easy to find by following the signs. The female receptionist was very patient, and there was basically no communication barrier.

The pick up place was out of Haneda airport so had shuttle. The drop of place was also out in a different location
