Confusing but reasonably convenient.

Pick up is excruciating. Slow. Inept. Inexcusable.

They do not have a free shuttle to and from the airport, they charge $1.50 plus Tax each way. you use the shuttle

Free shuttle advertised on the website should be removed, they charge a fee of $1.50 plus tax each way if I want to use the shuttle to and from the airport

Car was not safe, A lot of shaking.

Car was in bad shape, damaged and dirty. Tried to point it out to the rep as exiting the gate and was met with “let me do my job!”

I was happy with the customer service I received when picking up the car. The counter person was friendly and professional and the representative at the gate was very helpful in reviewing the car with me. Both made the process go quickly and got me on my way to start enjoying Vegas! Kudos to both representatives. The return went just as smoothly, the representative there was polite and professional, we walked around the car together and she printed out my receipt and told me what charges and credits to expect on my credit card. Overall great service. The only thing I wasn't happy with was having to take two shuttles from the airport to the car rental place.
