The car's tires were really in bad condition, and even after switching to another car, they were still poor and almost worn out. This led to the cancellation of my planned trip to Sukhothai, which was very disappointing. However, the customer service was excellent and completely satisfactory.

“Ok, but vehicle condition and deposit return concerns”

Everything was fine with the exception of the windshield wiper that was worn on the driver side, and the washer fluid...it was empty. The device charger in the vehicle was a nice surprise. I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. 1 month is too long!
