Better​ to​ have​ more​ option to​ anyone​ who​ didnt​ hold​ the​ Credit​ card​ and​ allow​ to​ deposit​ by​ cash. Staff upon​ pick​ up​ car​ was​ very​ nice​ and​ helpful. Thump​ up​ for​ him.​

It would be better if the customer able to turn a car back by 24hrs.

I had an insurance via AXA so I requested to deal with AXA through insurance. But Europcar staff did not accept my claim. He told me "Dealing insurance is my job".

Reference Number#47319006 the company should improve the quality of service, such as customer tracking system, and staff service mind.

Literally said it's a brand new car, totally clean and pretty ready. The counter staff was very helpful. Less than 10 min through the process of documentation and car inspection with informative guidance. Should be better if Europcar manages to have the signs within the arrival hall to the counter.
