The car was upgraded for free for better. Didn't find at arrival tha man who had to meet me but just call and in 4 minutes we found 3ach other. Car picked up at airport arrival and dropped off at same place. Very easy. Car in very good condition. Air condition worked super. Advice this company!

Very good service.the price fo my car had been dropped down and easyrentcars recalculate total amount and refund me the difference. Very good, never seen that in other services. Give a 5 star!

Great car rental experience. Kevin, a third-generation Chinese in Malaysia, was really nice. Our flight was delayed and we got the car at 8 PM, and he even upgraded us to a Toyota Vellfire. He did mention that if someone else booked it, we might have to switch cars later. But overall, it was a wonderful experience. We later switched to a brand-new Proton, with just over 1000 kilometers on it. Due to a delay in our sunset cruise by more than an hour, the rental company only charged us for an hour extra and even gave us a ride back to the hotel. The whole experience was excellent. By the way, gasoline is really cheap in Malaysia, about one-third of the price in our home country.
