They didnt have the Jetta so the guy downgraded my reservation instead of upgrading my reservation. (Playing Favortism) went back for the jetta the next mourning to yrade the car in since I had it for a week the jetta was there but had bad tags and this person upgraded me instead of downgrading me. Poor customer service Foxx. The first guy wanted a extra $70.00 at the time of booking or he was going to downgrade me for the same price I was being charged

“Not so great”

We had booked a SUV and when we go to the counter we were told they do not have it. We were given a mini van. The car was horrible and did not even have a charging spot. After persuading the staff we were asked to come the next day to get the SUV. It was a long drive for us with all the traffic. This spoilt our vacation.

We expect better service and the booking site should also ensure that the type of car booked is available at the site.

The price quoted from easy rent a car was 266.00 and the price charged was 416.00. Plus the agent claimed they have the cheapest gas so bring the car back empty and they would fill it. Not true! Their gas was more expensive than many places in the area.

I arrived a couple of hours early and my car wasn't ready yet. After declining an upsell, I was told to come back, leaving me stranded at the airport. When I returned, their computers were down and it took another 2 HOURS to get a car.

Paid easy rentcars in advance but when picking up car from Fox had higher amount for rental Car was damaged when I picked up. Front bumper scraped and hub cap ripped off. Noted it But they should not be renting a damaged car that looked like that.
