Now i can just say i dont need it since i already opted for the the super coverage with 0 excess covering all. This is the best abt easycarrents!

One thing I don't understand: why is the pre-authorization finally charged as a purchase? This is very inconvenient. I heard it takes about 2 weeks to get refunded. Do I have to pay the bank in the meantime?

“very convenient”

After i left the airport i saw the petrol tank was just below the FULL mark. I only did 74km but when I filled petrol, it took 12.022 litres with a total of R161.34 I brought this up with the person at the drop off point and also showed him my receipt. He promised to adjust and request a refund.
