Enjoyable and easy Initially put off by the age of the car but reliable

Exceedingly helpful and courteous staff who made the check-out and check-in process simple and quick. Also the shuttle bus operators Tom and Justin were just amazing in their attitudes, helpfulness and friendliness, they're a perfect example of excellent customer service.

Shuttle bus take longer than expected in arrival

Didn't have a Hyundai, but a very basic Miisubishi, was OK but very noisy

Counter help at pickup was friendly and helpful. I noted that the tire tread was very close to required safety replacement. Then during trip a piece of gravel poked a hole through tread surface and the tire shop would not repair it due to tread depth. I ended up having to buy Apex a new tire. Still waiting, for the return of the $100AUD deposit for toll charges.
