All went well

This company is terrible. I always try to avoid them. They trap you and charge you lot of unnecessary stuff like excess insurance for not providing some documentation. This time they did not have the car I reserved online. They were still have availability online but were very rude on the phone. Refused to pick me up and did not cover for excess amount of money I had to pay to herz

I'd never use them again, always stick with the more reputable companies. They were quite shady when I entered the office- closing the door while they spoke to each customer individually for example and turned out to be £40 more expensive for a day hire than the other companies that looked more expensive initially. This is because they have a 100 mile a day limit, after that you pay .30p per mile. They also block £1600 for car damage and fuel- my cc limit isn't that high so I had to pay a minimum of £37 to reduce it. Never had to do that with any other company, and I hire cars a lot. Also found out that the workers get commission on everything including damage to your car so they're highly motivated to charge you more in any way they can. I heard that in their training they are told- get the ones off the plane, they're too tired to make good decisions and tell them they need things they strictly don't. So terrible company, all of that really spoiled the beginning and end of an otherwise lovely day trip.

We paid in full for car and insurance at the time of booking. Once we arrived the counter staff demanded we pay another 295 pounds for the rental. They said we paid a "broker" and not them. So all together we paid over 500 pounds for our rental. This was not a good start to our holiday. We would not use them again.

The staff at the pick up were quite rude. Car was not washed. Staff at drop off in Exeter were very helpful
