Free change from Suvarnabhumi to Chiang Mai, very convenient and considerate.

First, they canceled my reservation when I arrived and made me rent the car again at the full price.

The order page said there was Chinese customer service, but there wasn't. Also, the insurance is too expensive. A three-day car rental costs over 1,600 baht, but the insurance alone costs over 1,000 baht. Altogether, it's over 2,000 baht. I didn't want to buy the insurance because it's too expensive, but since there was no Chinese customer service, communication was difficult, so I just went with it.

Besides the typically slow Thai handwriting, everything else was great. They even gave me soy milk and mineral water after the paperwork was done.

Car was in good condition and the Budget personnel are very friendly with good customer service.
