Good and value of money

The pickup location was very difficult to find, the signage was unclear, and picking up the car at Athens Airport was inconvenient. The location was far away, and there was no shuttle service. Dragging suitcases to the pickup spot was truly inconvenient and exhausting. It felt quite outdated. The cars we picked up were covered in scratches, and we were asked to take photos ourselves for documentation. Why don't they repair the cars properly before renting them out? The staff attitude was poor as well. We had to ask many people before we finally found the correct spot.

Overall it's alright. They replaced with a similar car, it's a new vehicle but the performance is just average.

The service at the order confirmation location was terrible. The man who assisted me was extremely impatient.
