Very good overall. I returned the car earlier but I forgot to top off the fuel but the guy receiving the car (Pavel) was kind and waited while I refueled.

Yes the car was fine from begeening,I book for a economy but I upgrade at the rental place to bigger and I don't regret.Only think suuggest I left is a small wallet with changes ,but maybe will back to me ,if someone found.Overall very well and good company,compare where I rent in Krakow Airport ,where you drop -off vehicle and nobody check in ,and then you pay for a damage ,because someone damage.

The car was very nice. Pleasant customer service. I was surprised how particular they seemed about the tiniest possible scratche. Upon pickup we examined the car with a reflector (it was an evening, but still) noting the tiniest possible scratches (much smaller than the typical 5 mm). I was asked to sign a sheet stating that I will pay 90+ euros.for any scratch. This made for a rather stressful rental experience. With that said I did not have any problems when droping the car off.

I don't understand why the paper documents are not all complete for our arrival. I book a rental car 5+ times a year and this would be an easy way to speed up the process. The company has all of my details when I book online. Please use this to prepare the documents so I don't need to redo it. Otherwise the staff are lovely, vehicle is very good, nice and new. The location is easy to find and drop off process is also very easy. The value for money is brilliant.
